Pat joined Lynn Pinker Cox & Hurst, LLP following a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Jane J. Boyle of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. During his clerkship, Pat worked on a variety of complex commercial disputes at all stages of litigation.
Pat graduated cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law in 2013. At Northwestern, Pat served as the Managing Editor for the Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business. He also gained valuable litigation experience through legal internships with the Honorable Sidney Schenkier of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Regional Enforcement Division in Chicago, and the Labor Unit of the Chicago Board of Education’s Legal Department.
Before entering law school, Pat worked as an analytical chemist for a multi-national animal nutrition company based in St. Louis, Missouri. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from St. Louis University, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2008. Pat attended St. Louis University on a Division I athletic scholarship and played goalkeeper for the Men’s Soccer Team. During Pat’s senior year, he earned Academic All-American and All-Conference accolades while leading the Men’s Soccer Team to a top-25 national ranking and the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
Pat is licensed to practice law in Texas and Illinois.
